The Naples area property market is comprised primarily of single-family homes and condominiums and price differentials are based on location. Naples real estate attracts a variety of purchasers from retired seasonal owners to full-time residents and as a result, two micro markets exist.
The Naples Area Board of Realtors compiles Naples market condition statistics on a monthly basis and separates the micro markets into the under $300,000 category and the over $500,000 category. Statistics presented by the Board are based on Naples real estate property listings within Collier County (Sunshine MLS) and do not include results for Marco Island.
The graphs below provide a glimpse into the current results of real estate activity in Naples based on price categories and timely reported sales and listings which national outfits such as Zillow and Trulia do not capture.
