Fátima S. Khokhar, Managing Principal (CIPS, ABR, GRI)
Fátima is a warm, personable and energetic client focused real estate professional who places the highest value on providing an unparalleled level of exemplary client service to local and international private individuals, corporate clients and property investor groups. She offers consultancy services and dedicated buyer representation leveraged by her deep understanding of the exclusive Naples luxury real estate market. Born in Washington, D.C., Fátima has lived and worked in Milan, New York and London. She is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in Italian and is learning Indonesian (Bahasa). Fátima is also a syndicated blogger featured in the Naples Daily News’ Vista Semanal. As a trusted contributor, she brings relevant and timely reasoned analysis of Naples market area conditions affecting real estate for professionals, analysts, investors, buyers and sellers. Her exposure to Western and Eastern cultures throughout life generates a distinct sensitivity to the needs of domestic and international buyers. Her expertise in interior layout design, specification requirements and pricing evaluations provide her clients with inside knowledge to the best short and long term property investments. Additionally, Fátima offers a network of resources to assist international clients with visa requirements, tax implications and planning.
Fátima spent five years as an international property specialist advising and selling residential real estate in the United Kingdom before relocating to Naples. While in the UK she was honored to receive the Top Sales Performance Award from Kier Homes, the largest builder in the country for two consecutive years. Later selected as a consultant with Hamptons International, she devised recommendations for developers of multimillion dollar residential schemes in London.
Fátima explains her service philosophy, stating: “I thoroughly enjoy personally connecting and working side by side with clients through the entire real estate process. Fátima holds degrees in International Business and Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University, she studied extensively at Instituto Universitario di Lingue Moderne (IULM) in Milan and lives in the Naples year around. Fátima has obtained the following real estate designations CIPS- Certified International Property Specialist, ABR – Accredited Buyers Agent and GRI- Graduate Realtor Institue.
Amanda Carey (ABR, CIPS)
Amanda specializes in the Naples and Bonita Springs areas and has obtained her ABR, ‘Accredited Buyers Agent’ and CIPS ‘Certified International Property Specialist’ real estate designations. She has extensive experience working with British and Canadian clients, and is particularly accustomed to “translating property jargon” in order for customers to understands the differences in buying real estate in Florida, as opposed to their home countries.
Amanda has successfully executed sales within the short sale and foreclosure arena as well as beach front properties and golf community residences. She has been the recipient of performance awards from Downing-Frye Realty, Inc in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
Prior to working in real estate, Amanda spent 17 years as retail buyer for two British conglomerate retailers and worked and lived in Hong Kong and London. Her business acumen, strategic planning and customer service skills have served her well in identifying client needs, negotiating on their behalf and ultimately satisfying her clients’ quest to find a home that suits their lifestyle.
Amanda grew up in Yorkshire, England yet today is a full time Naples real estate professional where she has lived since relocating from Hong Kong to Florida in 2003. She enjoys travelling to various parts of the world yet misses her chocolate labs during long stints away from home. Amanda is a pet friendly realtor.
