After spending several years in Texas, my wife and I decided to relocate our winter residence to
Florida. We started the process by doing considerable research using the internet. Initially, we
decided to look in Tampa and Saint Petersburg. However, after several trips, we were not able
to find just the right place. Therefore, we decided to check out SW Florida. The agent that we
were working with in the Tampa area referred us to Fatima.

Our main goals were to find a low maintenance residence, a nice view and a sufficient size place
to accommodate visiting family and friends. Of course, we had a price range within which we
needed to stay. My wife and I had very limited knowledge of the SW Florida area, both in terms
of appropriate developments to examine or the advantages of various communities. Thus, we
had no specific location preferences.

We made a number of visits over a few years to SW Florida working with Fatima to see various
villas and condominiums in different developments and to learn more about the communities
of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples. Throughout the process, Fatima continued to show
us a wide variety of opportunities consistent with our goals. She was very patient in working
with us to ensure that we found the best residence in the best possible community, as opposed
to just making a sale. She was professional in offering her input as to relative advantages and
disadvantages of both residences and communities. Once we narrowed our list and ranked
selections, she did an excellent job in negotiating offers and counteroffers.

My wife and I are now new owners of a beautiful unit at Aqua at Pelican Isle in Naples. In
starting the process with Fatima, we certainly had no idea that this is where our path would
end. However, after looking at many places, we are confident that Fatima worked with us to
find the best place for us, and we look forward to many enjoyable years in our new residence.
